Breanna Lindstrom - Director of Operations & Transaction Services

Breanna leads the Transaction Services Department and has spent more than a decade in Kansas real estate as a licensed agent (currently affiliated with HTP Referral Company), transaction coordinator, and marketing specialist, and she recently served as an investigator for the Kansas Real Estate Commission.

Today, Breanna focuses on building the systems, processes, and support that keep transactions running smoothly behind the scenes. She helps agents stay compliant, meet deadlines, and create a better experience for their clients without carrying every administrative detail themselves.

Courtney Liebst - Transaction Coordinator

Courtney has been working in real estate since 2014 and has learned that no two transactions are ever quite the same. After years in the industry and becoming licensed in 2018, she’s seen just about everything: last-minute surprises, moving deadlines, missing signatures, and the occasional situation that somehow works out despite all odds.

Courtney purchased her first home at age 22 and understands the excitement, stress, and uncertainty that can come with a real estate transaction. That perspective helps shape the way she supports both agents and clients throughout the process.

As a transaction coordinator and licensed agent (currently affiliated with HTP Referral Company), Courtney enjoys being the person behind the scenes making sure details don’t get overlooked and files keep moving forward. When she’s not coordinating transactions, Courtney loves spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and planning her next travel adventure.

Yes, with your direction. We’ll send introductory emails and logistical communications, but we keep you in the loop on every exchange. Please note: all services are strictly administrative. We cannot advise, negotiate, or interpret contract terms on your behalf.
