Breanna leads operations and transaction services at the market center, supporting agents with the systems, structure, and guidance needed to keep business running smoothly. She is a licensed real estate agent with HTP Referral Company and has spent nearly 11 years in the industry, primarily behind the scenes.
Most recently, Breanna served as an investigator with the Kansas Real Estate Commission, where she gained a detailed understanding of license law enforcement, statutes, and regulations. Prior to that, she built her career in transaction management and operations, including owning and operating a transaction coordination business for over seven years. Her work has consistently focused on refining processes, implementing efficient systems, and helping agents operate with clarity and confidence.
Breanna plays a key role in onboarding agents and supporting smooth transitions into the market center, ensuring agents are set up correctly from the start. She is also a go-to resource for compliance questions, offering clear, practical guidance without overcomplicating the process.
Outside of work, she’s usually listening to oldies music, playing the guitar, writing, or hanging out with her family.
Traci leads the Cultivate Group, where she helps buyers and sellers navigate the market with care, clarity, and a steady hand. In addition to leading her real estate team, Traci provides productivity coaching through Cultivate Coaching, where she works with new and new-to-KW agents at every stage of their business, though she works with seasoned agents as well! Her approach is grounded, practical, and encouraging, focused on helping agents build strong foundations, develop consistent habits, and grow with confidence.
Known for her warm and nurturing style, Traci creates an environment where people feel supported, capable, and genuinely valued. She has a natural ability to meet others where they are and guide them forward in a way that feels both achievable and sustainable.
Outside of real estate, Traci is actively involved in her community and enjoys participating in a variety of local causes and events. During the holiday season, she fully embraces the spirit of giving by stepping into the role of Mrs. Claus, bringing joy and a little magic wherever she goes.
